Joe President is the President and Chief Executive Officer for the Greater Atlanta Economic Alliance, The Alliance is a 501 c (3) organization endorsed by the Department of Aviation in support of the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport’s expansion program and the Metropolitan Atlanta transportation and construction related industries. The Alliance’s mission is to increase the capacity and capabilities of female and minority firms through its educational and technical assistance programs. In addition, the Alliance’s mentors High School students who are interested in choosing the Architect, Engineering and construction industry as a career choice.

Joe Jackson also serves as the Supplier Diversity Director for the $6.2 Billion Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport’s Expansion Program. Joe is responsible for ensuring that the $6.2 billion Airport Capital Improvement program meets or exceeds the City of Atlanta and the Department of Aviations 34% Equal Business Opportunity participation. To date the airport has paid $1.7 billion in contracts of which over $688 million or 39% has been paid to female and minority owned businesses.

Joe has over 20 years of corporate experience in business development and operation management pertaining to the growth and profitability and business mergers and acquisitions in both the Automotive and Transportation industry. Joe has 14 years of multicultural and diversity management experience in both the private and public sector.

A native of New Orleans, Joe is married to Angela and the proud parents of Samantha, Joseph (Trey) and Brandon.
